HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO DELIVER AN ORDER?

If you are in Gauteng urban areas and the payment is done before 10:0am, the order will be delivered to you before 5pm same day.
If you are in Gauteng in an outlying area, the parcel will be delivered to you the next day.
Any order going to other urban areas outside Gauteng in South Africa, the order will be delivered the next morning before 12:00pm.
Orders that are going to outlying areas outside Gauteng, the parcel will be delivered between 2 to 3 working days.
Outside South Africa we deliver between 3 to 7 working days. This is also on the condition that there are no delays with customs in your country.

We take orders 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, but we only deliver during week days.

Euphrates skin care is made of 100% natural ingredients. This makes it suitable for sensitive and some ultra-sensitive skin types.

If you need help with getting to know your skin type, we will be able to do a basic skin analysis telephonically. We will also assist you to get the products that will address your skin concerns.
